I grew up in a house where we serve soup in the summer as well as the winter! We can have lentil soup in August, I know it’s weird but for my family this is just the norm!

One of my favorite winter dishes has to be creamy risotto! It’s hot & creamy with different textures & deep flavors! A very fancy restaurant style dish that can be prepared in less than 30 minutes in your little kitchen!

Don’t you just love those recipes that simply use everything & anything in the fridge? You end up with a delicious meal & a clean fridge!
