Swedish meatballs is one of the recipes that I was never encouraged to try as I am not really into meatballs cooked in sauces but when I tasted it at a friend’s house, I realized what I have been missing.

HAWAWSHI: OVEN BAKED MEAT SANDWICHES
HAWAWSHI! I am cooking today one of the most classical Egyptian street food; using a super easy recipe that is lighter & tastier than any store bought alternative.
First of all, I am using lean meat which I know is not common in making Hawawshi as FAT is one of the key ingredients. But I was able to create the same juiciness of street bought hawawshi by using cream cheese & oil instead of FAT. CHICKEN WITH CREAMY SPINACH & ARTICHOKE SAUCE
OK! Let’s agree on something! I HATE spinach; I can’t eat it in any shape or form BUT every member of my family is a HUGE fan of spinach so I end up cooking it A LOT. Not only cooking it the traditional way but also coming up with new recipes & trying to create a homemade version of every spinach dish my husband tastes in any restaurant.
