It’s officially SUMMER! The season of outdoor grilling, BBQ gatherings & loads of good food & memories has just started.

Ramadan is over & summer is here with all its hot & sunny mornings. Nothing annoys me more than having to spend hours in the kitchen; literally melting in front of the stove to prepare food. That’s why be prepared for easy & quick recipes yet still delicious & comforting.

Gollash will always have a special place in my heart. In Ramadan, it is a staple on every fetar table. I make all kinds of gollash; crispy or soft & with tons of different stuffings.

The holy month is coming to an end & you must be all stuffed with konafa, atayef & all those oriental desserts. Today, I am sharing with you the recipe of a slightly different dessert. It is cold, refreshing & extremely delicious.
